I feel as if it is better to be happy than to have large sums of money. The happiest people in the world are not the ones who buy Lambo's and live out of a three-story house. The happiest people are those are surrounded by their desires and their values in life. As humans get older, we find that our Christmas list gets smaller because the things we want cannot be bought. You can have all the money in the world but is that really fulfilling what you really want in life? Your time on Earth should be spent on how you treat yourself and the others around you because no wants to live an unhappy life.

Over-Achiever
An over-achiever is one who goes above and beyond of what is required. For example, let's say you have been tasked with gathering sticks out of your backyard so that your yard looks cleaner, and instead of picking up sticks just in your yard, you decide to go through your neighbors yard as well and choose to pick up the sticks from his yard. Now, even though you were only responsible for your yard, an over-achiever decides to go above and beyond of what is required or expected of him, sometimes for a reward or maybe just to say "what the heck, why not".

Some individuals tend to grow up a little more broken than others, resulting in odd relationships and weird behavior. Let's say that a woman was abused basically her entire life up to her adulthood of being around the age of 21. Now that she is older and can make her own choices, it is possible that her head is not in the right place due to the abuse she has taken over the past few years. Let's say that her dad was very controlling and aggressive towards her, so because of that relationship with her dad, she is probably going to be attracted to the guy who possesses the same characteristics as her father. While on the other hand, some people like the thrill of life, and just like bank robbers, they tend to do things that are dangerous to get their adrenaline up. Some individuals mate with serial killers because they are either broken inside or because they like to commit illegal actions.

Some go to school because they are obligated to since most parents went to college so those parents enforce their kids to attend. However, me on the other hand, am not like the others. I am going to school because I believe that knowledge is power, and with that I would like to get a steady job working for the State Bureau of Investigation. I am going to school not because it is expected of me, but because I want to maintain the middle-class lifestyle.

A Confession

I fell victim to a lot of "stupid" things throughout my life, and sometimes I didn't even realize what I was addicted to. I use to smoke cigarettes (I know, ew gross, what a turn-off) a pack a day (OMG ew even grosser).
Although it is never an excuse to smoke, at that time, school was honestly stressing me out, so I fell victim to cigarettes. To this day (3/16/2016) It's been probably 5 months since I smoked a cigarette.
What made me decide to quit was the fact that it really isn't good for anyone, and it was starting to take a toll on my wallet, so for the sake of my wallet and more importantly, my health, I decided to throw myself an intervention and finally kick this disgusting habit.
For those who are currently smoking, I'm saying this as a friend and for those who get victimized by second-hand smoke. Look at the comparison below of a non-smoker and a current smoker's lung.

Welcome

Hey outsiders,
Hello to everyone viewing this blog
The first two lines are totally scripted, I am actually forced under my will to do this and I am being held captive by my school.
